This is what we are taking on http://toughmudder.co.uk/video/

A team of 11 of us (An appropriate number for a team representing someone so keen on football) are tackling Tough Mudder South West a 12 mile obstacle course on 22nd September 2013, to raise money for Fanconi Hope in memory of Stephen "Mini" Waters. Team Captain Andy Waters (Stephen's Brother) has already completed a tough few months of gruelling events, and to date has raised an incredible £1550, for Fanconi Hope.

This page is to sponsor, any/all of the 11 men taking on the Barbed Wire, Ice Bath, Electric shocking, Fire Breathing course that is Tough Mudder.

Fanconi Anaemia is a rare, life-limiting genetic disorder causing bone marrow failure in children and a predisposition to gynaecological and head & neck cancers, together with other complications both in childhood and in later life.

Whilst the bone marrow failure element can be corrected through bone marrow transplantation from a well-matched donor, there is still no cure for the cancer-predisposing condition .
