As lots of you know the last few years have been a struggle since losing Dad to depression. As always it is the most gorgeous and happy people who seem to be affected. 

Since losing Dad I have been struggling massively with my own mental health. Without the help of my amazing friends, family and my Mind team I wouldn't be able to fight this the way that I am trying to do. 

I have been given an amazing opportunity to be Captain of Team Mind in All Stars Charity Hockey 2023. Ice hockey and my hockey team have helped me get through some difficult times. It has certainly helped me to be the person I am today. I love playing ice hockey and I am so proud to be playing for mind with the best bunch of people.
