Can you help support North Devon families faced with the unimaginable challenge of having a child diagnosed with life-threatening illness? Care for Kids North Devon helps between 15 and 20 local families every year. We give instant grants of £800 on diagnosis of a child's life-threatening illness. This helps families who are struggling to meet the costs of visiting specialist hospital appointments in Bristol, Exeter or London. We also make improvements to the children's ward at North Devon District Hospital. Over the years we have provided a new parents room, play room refurbishment and 3D pain distraction unit. We've also funded the transformation of two individual bedrooms on the ward. We are always working on the next project to make the ward a more comfortable place for the young patients who use it.We rely grants, donations and fundraising to keep up our work, so please give generously.
