Hello my name is Milly and I arrived at The Mayhew at only 8 months old after the Home carried out a 'rescue run' to a pound in the North. I was on my 7th day there, which means........well, that I wouldn't be where I am today if The Mayhew hadn't come and saved me.

Now, I am a happy, bouncy 6 and a half year old and am trying to raise money for Mayhew dogs who are still waiting for a home, by taking part in the Santa 5k run on December 6th.

I am now lucky enough to have a happy home and go to The Mayhew every day where I hang out in my mum's office and make best friends with all the staff at lunch time!

Not all dogs are as lucky as me and need The Mayhew to be around to help them. It costs £3400 a day just to keep the Home running so please help me put a few pounds in their pocket .
