My name is Millie Jones and I am 6 years old.  I am going to ride my bike to Rhyl and back, all the way from my house on Heenan road.  It is 18.6 miles.  The furthest I have ridden is 9.5 miles, so I have got a lot of training to do to be able to do nearly 20 miles.  

I am doing this because my Nana Janet has got Cancer and Saint Davids Hospice have helped my Nana Janet feel better by doing special treatments for her.  They still look after her and they do an amazing job. I want my Nana to feel better by me doing this, because I know it will make her happy and she will be proud of me. I will do lots of exercise for it and I will not let her down.  I am going to do this.  I love my Nana lots. Hopefully the money I raise will let Nana and other special people have treatments and care that makes them feel better.
