We are raising money for Macmillan Cancer support by walking up Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales on Friday 27^th May.

Macmillan is one of the largest British charities that provides specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer. It also looks at the social, emotional and practical impact cancer can have, and campaigns for better cancer care.

We are fundraising because a member of the Millennium Care family is currently receiving treatment for cancer and has had some fantastic support throughout her journey from Macmillan. We also understand and appreciate the fantastic work they do on a day to day basis, we want to give back.

This is something that is very close to our hearts and we want to do anything we can to make a difference. Any support would be greatly appreciated!
