Adrian Gough(Squid) was a very much loved member of our family. A husband, father, grandfather, son and brother, he always had a joke to share or a kind word to say. Adrian, started to struggle with his mental health late last year, and unfortunately took his own life on March 6th, leaving a Squid shaped hole in all of our lives. In memory of our beloved Squid we are each cycling 250 miles in May, with all donations to be made to Mind charity, a charity which works tirelessly to help people with mental health issues, and let people know it's ok not to be ok. Please donate what you can, so we can try and help more people before it's too late.
