Formed in 1921 the Royal British Legion provides financial, social and emotional support to their members and to veterans of the British Armed forces, their families and dependants.

The first poppy appeal was in 1921  - the poppy being a symbol of remembrance and of hope.

I am so proud to be running the marathon on behalf of this charity and would like your help to raise as much money as possible.
