Myself and 11 other work colleagues aged from 30 to 50 ish are competing in the London to Brighton Bike Ride cycling the 56 miles  from London to the bright lights of Brighton on 15th June 2014 all in the memory of our dear friend and colleague Gerard Henry who sadly suddenly passed away on 22nd December 2013.
