I have decided to raise money for Mind Mental Health Charity. I have seen first hand the effects Mental Health has had on the people around me and how invaluable the help provided has been. Being in the Armed Forces Mental Health problems are on the rise and this can only mean more funding will be needed to keep up with the help required. I personally lost a friend, a colleague and a team mate to Mental Health and I don't want that to happen to anyone ever again. So please support me as I push my mind and body to the absolute limit for 48hrs.
