In the coming weeks I'm taking part in two mega events to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK, with hopefully just enough time between them for me to recover!

The events I'm doing are:

 - Wild Boar Half Ironman on the 18th June, swimming 1.9km, cycling 90km, and running 21km

- Race to the Stones 50km Ultramarathon on the 9th July

Currently 944,000 are estimated to be living with dementia in the UK, with it effecting both the lives of the individuals, as well as their families and loved ones. Alzheimer's Research UK are the UK's leading dementia charity, dedicated to diagnosis, prevention, treatment and cure, and any money I can raise to support them would be incredible,
