I, along with my daughter's Ruth and Abigail, are running this years Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sun 9th October 2011. As well as a keep fit theme the real reason is to raise funds for the work of The Fishermen's Mission in Aberdeen. We are the only UK Charity exclusively supporting our fishermen and their families, both actice and retired. Many of them come to us for support, sprirtual-practical-welfare-homes & hospital visits-funerals & weddings. We aslo provide emergency and welfare support to our fishermen and their families. With your help, we CAN make a difference! Please consider giving, help me keep fit and more importantly support our work.
