As some of you may or may not know, at the end of September 2017, I lost my Dad all of a sudden due to a stroke - there were no warning signs, and it came completely out of the blue.

I have always been aware of the seriousness of Strokes, but it was not until it personally affected me that I realised the true extent of them. My aim is to raise awareness, but also aid in the recovery of Stroke sufferers. 

After spending the last few weeks thinking of ways I can raise money and awareness, I have decided that I (along with Milan Tinant, James Linsley and Jordan Marsh) will run the 'Rough Runner' 15km event - it is an event which would sum my Dad up to a tee - tough but a bit of a laugh really!

Please help us raise as much as possible for this truly great cause!
