LATEST NEWS

Saturday 18th August- We completed the channel swim relay in 16 hours and 9 mins ( I undertook 3 one hour swim shifts) and enjoyed every minute of it. We set off at 8.10am and hit France at 00.19am Sunday

A great team, good fun and absolutely knackered now.
