I recently lost my brother over the Christmas period with no warning or alarm bells to understand why. It was only 3 days since we were all sat around the table on Christmas Day enjoying opening gifts from one another and tucking into a great Christmas dinner prepared by our mum. With no warning our family lost Shane. Just short of a week later we found out from a scan that the coroner had issued that my brother suffered silently with heart disease for some time and didn’t even know about it.

I’ve never done anything like this but me doing so I’m hoping that this disease can be picked up on for many many people before it’s too late like my brother.
