I've never really done much in the way of raising sponsorship before. However since our son Jack has been diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)I have become indebted to a number of charities and agencies for supporting us in getting Jack the help he needs.

The National Autism Society are a very worthwhile cause, offering support not just to people suffering with an ASD, but also to their (frazzled!) parents and carers.
