Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In May 2005, one of our students, Oli Mills, died of a brain tumour when he was just 18 years old. In the time since he passed, his friends and family have raised £130,000 in his name for Teenage Cancer Trust - a fantastic charity who create wards where teenagers can be treated with people their own age and in environments that create a relaxed, inspiring, creative and motivating atmosphere.
Verulam have played a huge part in the fundraising to date and our bi-yearly 'Mills Match' at Clarence Park continues to go from strength to strength - we added £7,500 to our total this year and have raised in the region of £35,000 to date. At the beginning of this year the Oli Mills Foundation was created to reinvigorate efforts - a community group that raises money exclusively for Teenage Cancer Trust and are on course to raise £36,900 this year alone.
Please support as generously as possible and help Teenage Cancer Trust reach as many teenagers as they can!
