Hi all, now I've been challenged that i couldn't do a 10k run, so I thought I needed to prove them wrong. Over the years as each one of you has asked I've dug deep and helped when i could.

I'm not asking alot just the cost of a pint. Its in aid of the British Heart Foundation which most of you will know helped me through after my Heart Attack.
