Puncture today and had to borrow a car to get home. Possibly someone trying to sabotage my race to work with tacks.

Training going well, 70 miles in Cheshire yesterday and a very slow 5 mile ride to work this morning. Cycling in Worcestershire and Wales this weekend.

Cycling to Tatton Park again this Saturday and mountain biking in Wales on Sunday. Target for Manchester to Blackpool is to average 16 to 17 mph.

Training going well for Manchester to Blackpool. Cycled 40 miles on Saturday and about 11 miles lost in a forest in Wales on Sunday. Same again this weekend.
