Ryan's smile and laughter makes everyone around him a happier person. He deserves the best possible life! He went 15 years with unexplained medical issues that impacted his quality of life. In 2017 he finally got a diagnosis of TANGO2 Deficiency Disorder, a life threatening and poorly understood condition. Ryan was the motivation behind the formation of the TANGO2 Research Foundation who's goal is to fund and fast forward research that will lead to treatments and a cure for Ryan and others like him around the world. Since 2018 the TANGO2 Research Foundation has been raising funds and providing grant money to a growing international network of researchers. These dedicated scientists are getting closer to a better understanding of TANGO2 and its impact on individuals. It is because of fundraising and donations from family and friends that this research is taking place. We are grateful to all who support us on Team Ryan as we continue working to help Ryan and others like him live their best and healthiest lives!

My fundraiser for the Shine a Light on TANGO2 2023 campaign is to donate 10% of the net new RecDesk subscriptions for April of 2023. RecDesk is a software company I started back in 2005 that now serves recreation organizations across the US and Canada.
