On May 10th I'll be cycling 100 miles from Cardiff to Tenby and hoping to raise as much money as possible for Marie Curie.

The work they do to help those in the final stages of Cancer is truly amazing.

I lost my mum nearly 8 years ago and the support they gave not only her but the rest of us was really special.
