I'm running this year for Macmillan Cancer Support, what else can I say? I owe them! The work they do is fantastic, important and life saving. The Macmillan nurses who looked (and still look) after me are wonderful and deserve all the thanks and appreciation they get, so thank you again for everything Karen and Jo x.

So, I am off around London once again, and hopefully with your support I help make a difference to others who are going through, or are about to go through some difficult times.
