Hi. It's that time of year again were i go a bit mad and think i'm super fit and believe that i can do anything!!!! This year i've gone and entered the Liverpool half marathon (stop bloody laughing) and i've got 10 weeks to train. Not only that i've got to loose another 2 stone to do it as i won't be dragging a whopping great big fat carcuss round Liverpool (i've lost 12lbs since new years day). Seeing as i'm being blindly optomistic and taking all my training tips from the movie Run fatboy Run, i was hoping that you could sponsor me. I've done some 10k runs over the last few years and raised money for various charities but i haven't run this sort of distance since i was about 21, so its going to be a massive challange in such a short time. I know moneys tight but i was really hoping your could spare a few £'s for charity. I will keep you all updated on my progress via this page, facebook and face to face.
