Story
Having worked internationally for the 32 years, I have had the amazing opportunity to hike in Australia, New Zealand and across Asia. With retirement, the 630 mile challenge will be the first time in a 46 year working life, that taking 30+ days to undertake a charity challenge has become a reality. This trail is the longest national trail in the UK and hopefully will offer the duration and opportunity for some of you to join me for a few hours, a weekend or a longer adventure along incredible coastline of the South West of the UK.
The South West Coast Path Association are the Charity which champions the UK's best-loved National Trail, stretching over 630 miles of beautiful, dramatic coastline, stretching over Somerset, Devon, Cornwall and Dorset. By supporting my campaign, you'll be helping the Association to protect and preserve this amazing asset, helping to make it resilient in the face of a changing world, and to enhance it so that it's an even more accessible, wonderful place to be. With a cost of around £1400 per year for each mile, every penny really does count, so please give generously!
