Just when I though the old running shoes were safely confined to the back of the wardrobe, I’ve been persuaded to enter one more race. At an age where I’d think twice about driving 13 miles never mind running it, I’ve agreed to enter the Cardiff Half Marathon on Oct 18^th.

I’m not doing this for fun, for the challenge, or the satisfaction, I’m doing this for money. Your money.

For a large donation I’m prepared to run in an outfit / t-shirt / costume of your choice. And for really silly money, I’m even prepared to run in an England Rugby shirt.
