What started off as a conversation in a pub 18 months ago has turned into 6 friends taking up the challenge of hiking to the summit of the worlds tallest free standing mountain Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.

The challenge will involve us trekking for 5 days to reach the summit of 19340 feet above sea level.

While this is a personal challenge for all of us as a group we decided we wanted to raise some money for charity and after talking between ourselves we decided we wanted to raise money for Alzheimer’s as this has personally affected 5 members of our group  

So please give what you can we are not aiming for a target we just want to raise some money to help family’s and loved ones affected by Alzheimer’s
