On Saturday 3rd July 2010 I will be participating in the British Gas, Great Swim event.  This takes place in the pristine waters of the Royal Victoria Dock in London.  The swim is over a distance of 1 mile.

My target is to raise £750 which will be matched by Barclays giving a grand total of £1500.  The charity I have chosen is Wooden Spoon which is one of the charities supported by my team at work this year.
