The Florence Nightingale Foundation scholarships provide an excellent vehicle for nurses to support their leadership development, and in turn improve care for their patients. The 2021 cohort for the Emerging Leaders Scholarship are looking to leave a legacy, and pay it forward.

Receipt of a FNF Emerging Leaders Scholarship gives nurse leaders (Band 7-8b) the opportunity to look at their own leadership and conflict styles, undertake supported personal reflection to learn who they are as leader's and provides them a mentor to help with their professional development.
