My Dad died on Thursday 19^th January as a result of bowel cancer.  Reflecting on this together with Dad’s love of steam trains and nature, we are raising money in his memory for Cancer Research UK, the RSPB, Prostate Cancer UK and the Swanage Railway Trust.

We walked from Corfe Castle to Bridport in May 2023.  The route passed the Swanage Railway, Dad’s birth-place, the church where Mum and Dad were married, and a couple of RSPB nature reserves.  We walked the 100km route in one go, walking through the night.
