Over the years, our family has been helped by a variety of great charities.  We have also witnessed what Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) can do with their screening days and research.

This is a well known cycle, London to Brighton.   And after all this time, it is with other people which hopefully makes it easier as you can chat along the way.

It should be about 55 miles, but I riding to the start and then
home at the end so I guess it will be about 70. A decent spin for anyone.
