Having completed a number of Olympic Triathlons I have decided to up the ante and compete in the Vitruvian Triathlon, a 1900m swim, 85km bike ride and then a half marathon run, this should take around six and a half hours, it takes place on Saturday 30th August at Rutland Water.

Please sponsor my suffering so Premature Babies don't need to. 

Why?

In August 13 years ago my triplet sons Charlie, George and Max were born, the only problem was they were 10 weeks too early (weighing in at only 2lbs 2oz, 3lbs 3oz, and 3lbs 8oz). 

For the next 7 Weeks they lived in Southend Special Care Baby Unit and for much of that benefitting from Incubators and equipment donated by BLISS. 

As you can see my sons are now healthy, strong and lively...teenagers.
