Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Thanks to all of you who supported me for the Manchester 10K.

As many of you may know, I have continued with my training and will be running the Great North Run on Sunday in aid of the Great North Air Ambulance. A fantastic charity who were responsible for saving the lives of two of my friends and one which I'm sure we would all like to be able to call on if the need arose. Without donations, this service would not exist so, please give whatever you're able to help me reach my target.
