This year I'm running the Reading 1/2 Marathon next Sunday for Alzheimer's Society. It is my first 1/2 Marathon and I'm very excited about it.

If you can spare 5 minues and a few pounds, I'd be very happy if you could sponsor me. The society does an amazing job of helping people with Alzheimer's disease live with dignity, the more I find out about it the more worthwhile I think it is.
