Story
This November everyone at miggle is taking part in Movember, growing face hair in the name of charity.
While Movember is all about raising awareness of men's health, we wanted to contribute to a cause that had a more personal meaning for us. For this reason we are raising money for Bowel Disease UK (registered charity 1117241).
Louis has a friend with Crohn's disease, Crohn's disease is thought to be an autoimmune disease, in which the body's immune system attacks the gastrointestinal tract. There is currently no cure for Crohn's.
Bowel Disease UK fund research into Crohn's and a trustee of the charity has performed life saving surgery on Louis' friend. As well as this, Laura has a friend whose Mum is currently dying of bowel cancer.
For these and many other reasons, we believe this to be a very important charity to support.
miggle will donate £250 if we meet our initial target of £250 to get us up to £500.
