Story

For several years now, my wife Caroline has been taking part in the the annual Midnight Walk to support Grove House Hospice in St Albans this Saturday (25 June).  So this year I decided I would like to support her by joining in the walk myself.  And I would be able to find out the truth about those good-looking firemen "handing out bananas" half-way round...

But there was a small problem.  The walk is for women only.  So I craftily registered as Paula Boocock. Would that be enough to get me in? Probably not - I would need to look the part.  Time to get dressed up!

I don't pay much attention to fashion, so I wasn't sure what sort of outfit to choose. Never mind - there has been plenty on the news recently about what women wear around town.  And if you are believe the reports, my outfit is exactly what a well-dressed young lady would like to be seen in on a Saturday night out.

So - I hope you like the picture.  I'll get some more on the night. Thanks for coming to take a look, and if you enjoyed seeing this, surely it's worth adding the price of a posh coffee to my fund-raising efforts!

Thanks

Paula
