To pull on the heartstrings:

This charity is close to my heart as I lost my husband (Midi) to Prostate Cancer IN JUNE THIS YEAR 2008.

After a brave battle of 33 months he was diagnosed @ 47yrs.

It is a sad fact that 30,000 men are diagnosed every year in this country with prostate cancer and over 10,000 die from the disease, equal to the number of deaths in women from breast cancer. But prostate cancer research receives only 25% of the funding spent on research into breast cancer in women.

There is a diagnostic test available to screen for prostate cancer but currently only 8% of men request this potentially life-saving test. Midi was sensible and went to the doctors....................

Bristol Urological Institute will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.
