I am going to go teetotal for the entire year; no alcohol in order to raise money for community music charities - who do amazing work with people who would otherwise have no access to musical expression.

I have worked for years in Community Music, as well as working as an EFL Teacher in Brazil, Russia and India.

I have first hand experience of organising, running and evaluating music workshops - and have seen the incredible impact music can have on peoples lives.
