Having grown up in a violent home , I have first hand experience of how difficult this is and how it can affect you as you mature in life.

The Young Womans Hub is a charity that helps young girls who have trouble settling into mainstream school because of their personal lives and experiences. They offer a safe place for these girls to go to and with nurturing and small group lessons , they ease the girls back to mainstream school and help with their social and interactive skills.

2 years ago I was asked to work at the school , teaching the girls fitness. It has been such an eye opener as these girls live lives that others would not  be able to comprehend .These girls do not wear the latest trainers or  own a swanky phone, they have very little but The Young Womans offer more than just possessions , they offer calm , love, ears and most importantly non judgement . 

The school needs help with equipment , school trips and even presents to help these girls feel love, self worth and respect. Your donations will be more than greatly appreciated and will go a long way towards providing security, stability and life long assurances to the girls of our future , whatever the amount.
