Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
As some of you will know Mick was diagnosed with Remitting Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis in 2019 after seven years of diagnosis journey.
Mick, his dad and brother also have the illness on differing forms and we are wanting to raise money for a charity that helps support people with MS through their journey to diagnosis and beyond.
Micks symptoms are progressing, slowly but surely but our family see it as a change to our lives and the way we live and not something that stops our lives.
Since diagnosis we have had our little man Finley who keeps mick on his toes and makes us smile even when we struggle and we have a new house which we wouldnt have had without it.
Mick is planning on trying to complete 100 days of Les Mills Bodycombat. Firstly to raise money but also to challenge his body. As he has had to slow down at times his fitness isn't what it was and he wants to try to get fitter to prolong his career and mobility.
Vicky is planning to complete 100 days of ((Bounce)) and Joe Wicks exercise to keep fit and raise money with Mick for the MS society.
The challenge will be completed at home for mick, one of his symptoms stops him from going to the gym and we will complete before and after photos to compare my progress. All Mick will complete is Bodycombat, along with some gentle Charles Atlas routines and no weights so it will be interesting to see what changes take place.
Vicky will be ((Bounce))ing in class and at home and switching it up with Joe Wicks advanced cycle fitness classes.
Please please donate, even if it is just £1 and if you can share this page far and wide with your friends. The more money we can raise for this charity means the more support they can offer and the more research to slow down and even defeat this condition can take place.
