I have now run the 1/2 Marathon in a time of 2hrs 40mins, my major objective was to raise awareness of 'OUR SPACE' Appeal, at Leicester Royal Infirmary. The Specialist Ward for Cancer Care for Children and young Adults', gives the best support to achievable. I collected £135 in my bucket around the course, while Liz sold 27 Pink helium filled Balloons at the start, raising £54. A would love to be able to present a cheque for £500, on your behalf to the Charity.
