On Sunday 28 August 2011, together with a group of 6 other insane individuals, I cycled from North Runcton, Norfolk (near King's Lynn) to Ongar, Essex - a distance of 97 miles - to raise money for HELP for HEROES. http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/

The ride was one hell of an adventure! We covered our chosen route (plus a couple of bits that happened by chance) in 6 hours 22 minutes, plus about 45 minutes for stops.
