Event: Midnight Walk Your Way 2020, on 10 October 2020
In memory of Michelle Owen
We're walking 5 and 10 miles through our local streets over sunrise and sunset to fundraise for St Peter's Hospice.

Story

A team of us will be completing the St Peter's Hospice 'midnight walk your way' event on 16th October. There will be teams of people (working within the COVID restrictions) walking either a 5 mile or 10 mile route around Bristol finishing at midnight. St Peter's Hospice is Bristol's ONLY adult hospice caring for local people with life-limiting illnesses. The hospice provided loving care for our friend and colleague Michelle Owen following a year long battle with brain cancer. They also provided Michelle's husband and family with the vital support they needed through their most difficult time. Michelle worked at Rolls-Royce for nearly 20 years and anyone who worked with her would know that she was the life and soul of the office and we all miss her hugely.

The team of people completing this challenge are: Nigel Owen (Michelle's husband), Nigel Legg (Michelle's brother), Chris Whitehead, Maurice Catlyn, Matt Woodruff, Sam Croxton, Neil Hutchinson, Rob Denning, Ash Taylor, Ceri Morgan, Richard Church, Olga Church & Sara Hunt.

Please donate generously to this wonderful charity that provides so many people with much needed individual care and support during a most challenging time.
