Giles and I are taking part in the wolf run on the 8th September 2013, if you have not heard of this it's basically a 10k run through mud, over obstacles and through water! 

We have decided to raise money for our chosen charity as its something that impacted Giles Grandad and also a cause very close to one of our best friends.
