Hi everyone, Yes it's that time of year again where I am asking you to dig deep and help me to raise money to help find a cure for cancer!

I have taken part in 6 Race For Life races but this year i shall be joined by my lovely friend Lisa Thomasson. We will be "running" 5k BUT this time in the mud!!!  

Sadly most of us have had or know a friend or family member who has been affected by cancer and with your help i am sure we will eventually be able to put a stop to it!

So if you can spare a pound or 2 it will really go towards making a difference to someones life PLUS you will get to see the before and after photos of me and Lisa, which will be worth at least a £1 of your money :))
