On Saturday 3rd November we will be running the Thames Meander
Marathon (a treacherous twenty-six miles along the Thames Path) to raise money for the Mayor of Richmond's' chosen charity, Refuge.

The charity supports more than 6,000 people by helping them to rebuild their lives and overcome whatever type of violence and abuse they may have faced. This may include domestic violence, sexual violence, "honour" based violence, human trafficking, modern slavery and female genital mutilation.
