Christian and I are taking part in the 2018 Great Manchester 10K Run on behalf of St Rocco's Hospice, which cares for people with life-limiting illnesses and their families in Warrington. 

It costs around £3.7 million each year to run the hospice, which means the charity needs to raise £10,000 each and every day. 

We have chosen to support St. Rocco's in memory of Adrian Flynn - a very dear friend of ours who was cared for by the hospice. To us, he represented strength, generosity and family values. Time spent with him was all about laughter, as well as great conversation and great company; it's our privilege to run in his name. 

Any donations will be warmly welcomed and gratefully received.
