I'm taking on Mind's 100 miles in March challenge. Now more than ever, people struggling from health problems need our support. in the UK, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem this year.
I wanted to set myself a challenge for my own Mental Health. I have always found running a powerful tool to clear my head, rebalance and to energise me. So to complete a personal challenge and at the same time to raise money for Mind, to support the increasing Mental Health crisis, made perfect sense!
I see the need for Mental Health support for young adults and children in school. Unfortunately the agencies are underfunded and overstretched. Mind needs your help so that they can be there for anyone who needs them, on the phone, in local communities, and campaigning for change.
