Firstly, I absolutely don't run, I have no stamina at all, at school I would just about manage the 200 metres on sports day! So I thought this would take me out of my comfort zone and be a good challenge. I am going to run the Race for Life Guernsey 2014 in memory of my dear cousin and best friend Anita who died 12 years ago from Cancer. Friends and family close to me, including my Dad, uncles and aunts have also suffered and are still fighting against Cancer. If I can do a little bit, with your kind support, to raise some money to help towards research in mananging and ultimately eradicating this disease, I would feel less helpless and that I was making a positive difference, however small.
