This charity is close to my heart,  my Gran was diagnosed in September 2014 and lost her battle in November 2014 surrounded by family in hospital. It would mean so much to me to raise as much money for this wonderful charity as possible in memory of my beautiful Gran.

Iam doing a skydive on the 30th August at Teesside Airport so all donations greatly appreciated.
