This April, I am taking on the BM10k 2022 to raise money for Albion in the Community so they can continue to be there for vulnerable people in the Sussex community.  Albion in the Community are an independent charity who are dedicated to using football to transform lives. Their work includes supporting individuals with a disability to be active, helping individuals from disadvantaged communities to better futures, providing opportunities through football for the wider Sussex community...and much more.  For every £1 donated, Albion in the Community are able to make social impact in the community valued at nearly £9, so every penny really does count.  Please give generously to help them continue their work, and thank you in advance for your support.  This is the 2nd year that Team Con will be doing this run, and we have more people this year.  Despite swearing I would never do the run again I believe that to expect people to donate I have to do something truly out of my comfort zone.  This is so true for me and a number of runners.  Again we may run, walk, crawl and probably cry but Team Con will not let give up.  Anything you can afford to give in these hard times will be appreciated.  If you can't afford, which is fine please can you share via social media to your friends and family.  Thank you for your continued support.  Lot of Love Team Con xxx
